Senior Management are sourced from within Tanzania, only recruiting the highest qualified and experienced agents able to work with international clients at executive level. Members of our team have built years of hands on experience by learning from grass roots working up to management levels, gaining thorough knowledge of port systems, personnel, problem solving, all types of cargo, regulatory requirements, inter country processes, early identification of pitfalls, proactive risk management and remedial action planning.
